How a night flows

Diner scans the QR.
One phone, no app, no signup wall. The QR opens directly to the venue's live menu — categories, prices, photos, allergen badges. Phone number captured once for the night.
Order routes to the right station.
Bar gets the drinks, kitchen gets the plates, the runner gets the pickup ping. Modifiers and table notes carry through. Sold-out an item once and every diner's phone updates instantly.
Tab settles itself.
Each guest pays their share from their own phone — bank transfer or card. The host doesn't chase. Cash flows still go through the cashier with an immutable ledger entry. End of shift, the numbers tie out.
