Your floor already works.
It just doesn’t write anything down.
TableFlow is the system your bar or restaurant runs the night on. Guests order from the QR on the table, the kitchen gets the ticket, the bill splits itself, and the cash is counted against what the system expected before anyone goes home.
- No app
- Guests scan and order
- Works offline
- Orders queue, then send
- Card · transfer · cash
- However they want to pay
Table 9’s second round never reached the bar.
Order hits the bar screen the second it’s sent.
The grill cooked table 4’s fish twice. Nobody knows who called it.
Every line is stamped with its table and who rang it in.
Six friends argued over one bill for twenty minutes.
Each guest pays their own items from their own phone.
Drawer came up ₦8,000 short. No way to find where.
Counted against expected at close. Every shift.
Four things that went wrong on one Friday — and what happens instead.

One tab, from the scan to the settlement.
How a night runs- 01
Scan
The QR on the table opens the menu. No app to download, no account before someone can order a drink.
- 02
Order
Rounds add to one tab all night. Staff can ring in for the table that doesn’t want to use a phone — same tab either way.
- 03
Cook
Each line goes to the station that cooks it, with its modifiers attached. Sold-out items disappear from the menu as they go.
- 04
Serve
Ready food shows on a runner board with the table beside it, so nobody walks a tray around reading faces.
- 05
Split
Split evenly, by the items each guest actually ordered, or by an amount they name. Everyone pays from their own phone.
- 06
Settle
Card, bank transfer or cash. At close, counted cash is compared against what the system expected.
Nobody goes home short.
When a cashier closes their shift they enter what’s actually in the drawer. TableFlow already knows what should be there — every cash payment captured during that shift — and records the difference. If a night is short, you know which shift and by how much, the same night.
Run tomorrow night on TableFlow.
Setup is your menu, your tables and your QR codes — we do it with you, and we’re there for your first service.
